Marielle Fedorko
Marielle Fedorko has worked in asbestos litigation for nearly a decade. After receiving her bachelor’s degreein political science, graduating summa cum laude, she began her career as a paralegal at a well-known national plaintiff’s firm, supporting Sam Meirowitz in his role as senior trial attorney. From there, Marielle relocated to California’s Bay Area where she worked as the senior paralegal and office administrator for a well-established Bay Area plaintiff’s asbestos firm. In this role she handled and supervised the full spectrum of tasks associated with handling asbestos cases, from new client intake to client relations, trial preparation, bankruptcy claims filings, expert coordination, legal research and writing, as well as day-to-day law firm operation. She went on to manage special projects for asbestos firms in the Bay Area until she relocated back to the New York metropolitan area where she joined Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP as chief of staff/office manager/supervising paralegal. Marielle’s breadth of experience and depth of knowledge allows her to support asbestos attorneys and paralegals to maximize the clients’ recoveries. She is a problem solver and relationship manager for the law firm.
