Clark Rosengarten
Clark Rosengarten is an attorney in Meirowitz & Wasserberg’s New York City office where he focusses his practice on representing individuals and families in asbestos, mass tort and personal injury litigation. He has been named a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by the National Trial Lawyers and a Rising Star by Thompson Reuters Super Lawyers.
Mr. Rosengarten enjoys meeting with each of his clients and their family members and hearing their life stories. He is committed to leaving no stone unturned in obtaining justice for each of them during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.
Prior to joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, Mr. Rosengarten worked at prominent national plaintiff’s firms in New York City and Atlanta where he represented individuals and families with mesothelioma, asbestos, product liability, mass tort and personal injury claims.
Mr. Rosengarten has litigated cases in state and federal courts in various jurisdictions, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Delaware (via pro hac vice admission) and Alabama (via pro hac vice admission). He has tried cases to verdict and deposed corporate representatives, expert witnesses, injured victims and fact witnesses.
Mr. Rosengarten obtained his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School where he was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy, sat on the Moot Court Board, served as Secretary for the Graduate and Professional Students Association and was the Student Bar Association’s Representative to the American Bar Association. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University.
